Pre-Inspection
The Carpet Cleaning Technician will carry out an inspection to identify problem stains and possible permanent stains.
Pre-vacuum
The initial step of vacuuming is done with a heavy-duty vacuum that will remove solid and dry soil.
Furniture Moving
If you have large items of furniture that wont move then we will go around them. The area will be discounted from the price. Fragile items should be removed. Movable items will be carefully moved.
Pre-Spot Treatment
We will treat difficult spot stains with special chemicals depending on what the stain is, how long it has been there and what has been used previously to attempt removal.
Agitation grooming
Your carpet will be pre-groomed with an agitator groomer or rotary cleaning machine to further loosen soil.
Pre-spray
The Pre-spray will help to break down the toxins and pollutants in your carpet, helping to remove treated spot stains.
Extract and Rinse
We use our hot water extraction systems to take out stubborn dirt, germs, toxins and any spot stains.
Post Spot Treatment
For spots not removed via cleaning, specialty spotting techniques are employed. Potential permanent stains may not be removed.

The process of cleaning each area is dependent on what material it is and what condition it is. We would firstly spray weed killer where needed if weeds are present.
We would use special chemicals for helping to remove oil stains if required.
We would use a fungicidal wash if there is a presence of moss.
Cleaning would be done using either lance or an orbital pressure washer.
If it’s a path or Monoblock drive or patio, we would brush fresh sand back to the joins.
